About Allampally

Jeeyar Gurukulam in Allampally established in a remote forest, 10 km from the Main Road is the first Jeeyar Gurukulam school. It was inaugurated on January 26th, 2004. In December 2004, a hostel was opened for the convenience of kids. The school started off with 124 kids joining the school.

570+ students from 9 Tandas attend this school as there is NO school, within the radius of 15 km. Free boarding and accommodation is provided to the underprivileged, low socio economic children. Free food & education along with uniforms, books, pencils, school bags and other educational materials are provided to all students.

Education with modern electronic aids using projectors, models, prototypes is imparted to the students. Familiarity with the computers, and method of using the computers and its technologies are also taught to the students.

A Drinking-Water-Plant RO plant for providing clean drinking water has been built to provide drinking water. Bus facility is also provided to the students. Good roads have been laid to connect the people of Allampalli. Local culture and arts are encouraged. The school has become the center for all the activities of the village.
