NRI Students from Atlanta spend happy times with Jeeyar Gurukulam Students

On 23rd of July 2018, a few VT Seva Volunteers who are also High schoolers visited the sides in the Allampalli Jeeyar Gurukulams. Kousthubh, Pavan, Swadesh, Aiswarya, Anvi, Nidhi, Sriya Dhupati, Sriya Sriperumbudur and Sanjana visited along with Smt. Sandhya Yellapragada, Antlanta VT SEVA Co-Ordinator to Allampalli. The Youngsters interacted with the kids, taught them English, Learing and Educational games that were also fun to play. In turn the students of the Gurukulam taught them our very own Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Prayers and Songs too. It was truly a time well spent for all. They said “they all admired the School, Students and Staff verymuch. Really HH Swamiji did a great job constructing a wonderful school here in Allampalli which is far away from the main stream and in the middle of the deep forest. We feel very lucky to visit and spend a nice time with these wonderful tribal children. They are the inspiration for all of us. They surprised us with their discipline and wonderful talents they have. We will come time and again to visit this Jeeyar Gurukulam”. Their stay lasted till July 28th morning. It was a good bye with a big see you again hope.
