The  villagers are ignorant and are unaware of the advantages of education. VT volunteers go to the thundas and enlighten them about advantages of being a literate. They counsel the parents and convince them to enrol their children in the school. Among those tribes, KOLEM tribe resides in the most interior parts of the forest. Every year about 10 kids are enrolled in Allampally school and are provided hostel facilities.

In 2014, 227 school drop outs were readmitted after counselling. 47 of them were admitted  in Allampalli Jeeyar Gurukulam (15 students) and Beersaipeta Jeeyar Gurukulam (32 students) areas.
